Bruno Tellier, P. ENG, MSCA

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Bruno Tellier is a professional engineer and project-management leader with more than 25 years of experience developing and delivering complex engineering, manufacturing, process-improvement, and technology programs.

As co-founder of LTS Marine, Bruno applied his engineering expertise to the electrification of marine vessels and heavy-duty vehicles. Under his leadership, LTS developed high-power electric and hybrid propulsion systems for customers across multiple industries and international markets. The company’s early achievements included powertrain systems for the first electric tournament ski boat in 2010 and the first electric wakeboard and surf boat in 2012. LTS later joined Voltari and became Voltari Power Systems.

As Chief Technology Officer, Bruno leads the development and integration of Voltari’s propulsion, energy-storage, controls, and supporting technology systems. His methodical, systems-oriented approach helps translate demanding commercial, government, defense, and industrial requirements into safe, reliable, high-performance solutions.

Bruno’s work supports Voltari’s vertically integrated engineering model and its ability to develop application-specific marine platforms rather than relying on disconnected, off-the-shelf components. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management and maintains the P.Eng., MSCA, and PMP professional designations.
