Daniel Kreeger

Senior Advisor

Daniel Kreeger is a recognized expert in institutionalizing climate change strategies and clean energy solutions across both public and private sectors. In early 2024, he joined the Voltari team as a senior advisor, where he leads the company's government and institutional development efforts. He also serves as the executive director of the Association of Climate Change Officers, an organization he co-founded in 2009. Over the past 15 years, Daniel is credited with co-founding the EPA Climate Leadership Awards program, managing the GreenGov Symposium for the White House, and conducting research on workforce capacity in critical infrastructure sectors for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He also oversaw the development of the Certified Climate Change Professional (CC-P) credential and curriculum, and subsequently, was appointed by the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware to develop and launch the nation's first state-run climate change academies. In addition to his professional roles, Daniel serves on the board of the Global Electronics Council, which administers the EPEAT program. Daniel has been a reviewer for the IPCC and numerous Federal agency grant committees, and he frequently appears as a featured commentator on TV news, as well as at conferences and universities worldwide.
