I understand and acknowledge that boating carries certain risks, including but not limited to the risk of property damage/loss or personal injury/death.

I agree to assume full responsibility for all such risks and to forever indemnify and hold harmless Voltari Electric, its parent and associate companies, and its employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, demands or causes of action arising out of or in any way related to this demo ride/test drive. In the event a minor(s) is accompanying me on a demo ride/test drive, I assume full responsibilty for that minor(s) and forever indemnify and hold harmless Voltari Electric.

I also understand that there might be photos, videos and/or commentary captured during this demo. Voltari has my permission to record this information, and to use this content publicly for its own purposes. I also understand that no royalty fee or other compensation shall become payable by reason of such use. I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time by notifying Voltari Electric in writing, but that such withdrawal will not affect any use made of the material prior to the reception of my withdrawal notice.

I have read this waiver and release of liability agreement, and I fully understand its terms. I sign this agreement freely and voluntarily, without any inducement.
